I have been working within the fashion retail industry with various fast growing companies for the last 6 years. However, I have now returned to study and completed my College law, business and management studies and now studying a degree. Are there any fast tracks to becoming a fashion buyer. Being a geek is depressing me!!!!!

Im undertaking a course in fashion journalism at the moment and would eventually like to pursue a career within that field. Im looking for work experience, and have applied to magazines and newspapers but have not had a reply yet. I know that it is a very difficult industry to get involved in.
