I study fashion at college, ive applied for uni via ucas, when can i start expecting interviews?

- University for the creative arts
- Portsmouth university
- Bath spa university
- Buckinghamshire university
- University of East London.

im mainly going to study textiles..or textiles and fashion.

what do you think?

I have been working within the fashion retail industry with various fast growing companies for the last 6 years. However, I have now returned to study and completed my College law, business and management studies and now studying a degree. Are there any fast tracks to becoming a fashion buyer. Im undertaking a course in fashion journalism at the moment and would eventually like to pursue a career within that field. Im looking for work experience, and have applied to magazines and newspapers but have not had a reply yet. I know that it is a very difficult industry to get involved in. I feel that any work in any area of fashion would be beneficial. If anyone has any contacts or knows where i would be able to get some or some experience, i would be very grateful, thanks x
