How much longer do you think uggs are gonna be in fashion for?

Coz I wanted some since the start of the year but my mum was NOT budgin, she just wasnt prepared to pay the price. She has now said she will pay half towards them for my birthday and I can pay the other half with my birthday money. Is it worth getting them? Will they in fashion next year?
