The Indian fashion shop sells high street clothes cheap in good quality.

Nothing, except in a ’boutique’, one sells ‘quality’, one doesn’t do ‘cheap’. That would be ’soo non-U Daarling’. The all important thing when opening a shop, is location. If you pay higher rents because the image you wish to promote requires a relatively high profile and the prices will have to reflect this. A boutique requires an image whereas an Indian shop requires an Indian, or Indian produce.
Incidentally, where i live, it’s diffcult to find a shop not run by Indians. Good luck!
