when planning and organising a fashion shoot, where can i get the cheapest but most fashionable clothes?

I’m planning a fashion shoot but need to know where i can get outfits from. They need to be attractive and glamorous or sexy. the models are a uk size 8 -12. I also have a small budget and anything free or really cheap is a good idea, I know sometimes you loose quality with low prices, but I’m also airbrushing the photographs and retouching them. Can anyone suggest ideas?
